I popped in Soruka's shop in Barcelona and immediately fell in love with everything. I couldn't make up my mind what to buy, so I've ordered online few days later. The entire process was smooth and fast. The bag was exactly as on the internet. I admire and respect the idea behind the brand- recycled leather, sustainability and fair payment to the workers.

My only gripe is that delivery was not on promised date. I do realise that this is down to Shipping company. Perhaps have a word with them and suggest that info re delivery should state that it will be between two dates, rather than on a specific one...which may not happen.

I received my order today and I'm very happy about it
The only thing I would claim about is the transport, it took one week until I've got it. I didn't pay for the transport because my order exceeded the 50€ to get it for free, but if had payed the transport fee of 15 € for sending it to Portugal I would be very angry about it

This was my first experience
This was my first experience. I ordered thru an email that offered 10%of first order. The code. Listed did not work and I didn’t get the discount with my first time order. I sent an email which there was not a response to. The purse itself was what I expected. But not sure I’ll order online again. No way to communicate & get a response from company.

Fantastic quality and unique design
Fantastic quality of the purse, sweet surprises in package (such as a very beautiful bag and a little leather bunny), it is all sooo beautiful and unique. Will definitely recommend and buy again! I was waiting for an online shop ever since i bought my first portemonnaie in spain years ago (i still use it until today because of the good quality).

Mixed emotions
I love the products, especially the zero waste and uniqueness of each one!
Unfortunately mine arrived with a small stain, I sent a photo and was told I’d have to pay to return… they sent a photo saying it was before it was sent… no stain… yes they’d replace but I’d have to pay the cost to post it… that was disappointing… anyway I kept it because I felt awkward

Delivery problem
I bought a backpack 2 weeks ago, there was a mistake on my address and it was sent to Spain instead of France. I sent 3 messages on the soruka contact form: no response. 2 messages to the delivery service: no response. I don't know how to contact you otherwise there is no telephone number for direct contact this is not normal.
