The bed was not of great build quality…
The bed was not of great build quality which was disapointing, had the otterman but not confident in opening closing, also the base is flimsy so selective on what i can put in. the bed stool also suffers the same weak base board issue.
this was a weak 3 could have been a 2 but the headboard was good and velvet was nice so it got a 3.

Not great communicators but bed arrived in stated delivery window and it absolutely as ordered. The lifting mechanism is a bit stiff but works and there is great storage for a lot of stuff.

Excellent product range and price
Excellent product range and price. Really like the fact that you can create the perfect bed with a wide choice of options available. Communication around delivery could have been better and had to chase up delivery and even then received misleading information otherwise would have been 5*. But hey, all came good in the end and the bed is great

I find it strange they never reply to…
I find it strange they never reply to whatsapp or emails. I've ordered my bed at the end of Jan and now it's nearly the end of March. Not sure if my bed will ever come. It would be nice to get an update at least, even if its running late. Is this company even a legit business or have I just wasted 2 months waiting for a bed?
Update: my bed is coming now on Friday 😊😊😊😊

Just wanted to leave a review, as i read a lot of them, prior to ordering - and i can honestly say - SO SOFT BEDS have been amazing and i cannot fault them! I highly recommend.
I ordered a 60inch wing back headboard, chester design and an end opening king size ottoman bed, with a matching ottoman. The bed arrived yesterday, which was 12 days from date of order and it’s amazing. Great quality, beautiful and just what we wanted! Packaged well, everything there and the deliver guys from ACME Couriers were incredible - nothing was too much trouble and they took everything up to the bedroom we wanted. We paid cash on delivery. Really nice bed
Really nice bed, I’m pleased with it.
It took 5 weeks which was not a problem for us, but no communication in the first 4 weeks after order was a bit concerning.
I couldn’t reach sosoftbeds first but they called me back straight away and they were really helpful, so after that all went smoothly.

Being able to design your own bed was very helpful.
After a slight delay with samples, possibly down to postal service, Adam sent out further samples and the rest of the transaction went smoothly.
I chose the depth of base, fabric and headboard placed the order and was told it had been dispatched within 2 weeks.
Delivery was by a very helpful and friendly courier.
The only criticism is the website used by the courier is somewhat frustrating as the tracking doesn't work which had me worrying for a few days but all came good in the end.

Only positive experience with customer service, delivery and quality products
After significant research, I finally chose to buy two side opening double ottoman beds. The customer service has been first class each time I’ve spoken with Adam, before and after the purchases. The delivery guy was equally polite and very helpful. The beds were very well packaged, ensuring there were no marks, and easy to assemble using the guidance on the website.
Two great purchases, thank you!! My experience makes so soft beds easy to recommend. I’ve nothing other than positive feedback.
