Do not buy from sospecial they take your order and you dont hear any more from them about your order

I agree with Louise we must all complain to Consumer Direct. I placed an order which has never arrived and now they are on a 30 day refund which ends tomorrow and I know that I will not receive my money back. Consumers direct currently have a file open for me and will keep them informed and do my best to stop these people from trading.

I plan to share this site with Consumers Direct so that they can actually see how many people are being scammed out of their hard working cash.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! CHANCEA ARE IF YOU HAVE GOT TO THIS SITE YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONNED. YOU NEED TO DEMAND A CHARGE BACK FROM YOUR BANK AND ALSO COMPLAIN TO TRADING STANDARDS, CONSUMER DIRECT, WATCH DOG AND LOCAL FRAUD SQUAD. THE COMPANY ARE SUPPOSEDLY BASED IN CARDIFF HOWEVER NO ONE IN THE ALLEDGED BUILDING HAS HEARD OF THEM, WE MUST ALL COMPLAIN THEN THE WEBSITE CAN GET TAKEN DOWN.

I ordered my goods in April it is now July and have received nothing
i have reported them to trading standards and watchdog and also told them i have a solicitor involved nothing seems to work
They must be raking in thousands off unsuspecting customers
WHY they are still being allowed to trade is beyond me
If they think i am going to give up they are sadly mistaken

REALLY REALLY BAD COMPANY. DON'T TOUCH THEM. TOOK MY MONEY IN APRIL - NOW JULY. COULDN'T DELIVER PRODUCT - NO REFUND SO FAR AFTER ENDLESS EMAILS AND LETTER TO CUSTOMER CARE.

TRIED TO PLACE ORDER FOR YSL TOUCHE ECLAT BUT AFTER I ENTERED MY BANK DETAILS THE PAGE JUS FROZE AND DID NOT TAKE ME TO AN ORDER PROCESSED SCREEN. HOWEVER WHEN I LOOKED ON ORDER HISTORY IT SAID THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED, YET WHEN I CHEKED MY BANK ACCOUNT I HAD BEEN CHARGED STRAIGHT AWAY! SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS, TRIED TO CALL THEIR FAKE NUMBER, HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Even zero stars is to much for this company. Dont order anything from this company you will never recieve your order. They should be banned from trading. So special i dont think so more like not so special

I HOPE LIKE US YOU PAID BY CREDIT CARD.... GET A REFUND FROM THEM AND LET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHASE THEM FOR THE MONEY.

what a complete waste of time, this company charges you when the item is not even in stock, surely you would charge the customer once the item has been dispatched, they are very slow to respond, said takes 7-14 days to refund? are you kidding me!!

I have finally got my refund after waiting 4 weeks, what a complete nightmare, they caused me nothing but stress, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF REGISTERING/BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE, STAY AWAY!

To all those trying to get their money back, keep fighting for it, email them everyday if you have to and contact your bank, you will have to wait 30 days before your bank can start looking into claiming this money back, luckily for me a woman called Jody refunded me finally, I did also report them to the fraud org.

no delivery, no response to email, number doesnt work.....just lost my money. disgusting!

i have order some fake tan at a cost of £25, no delivery - no reply to my numerous emails, the phone number doesnt work!

I have today cancelled the order but i hold out little hope of getting my money back!

Does anyone have any other ways of contacting this person?

I ordered £25 worth of perfume on line in February, I still don't have the perfume or my money back despite numerous emails to the infamous "[name removed]. It's now in the hands of my bank who are trying to retrieve my money. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! You have been warned !

I have found these reviews 6 weeks after placing an order that doesn't arrive and is associated with the same emails giving excuses. I wish I had seen these before I used the company! A lesson learned, I just hope I can get my money back. I have now started the cancellation process and will follow all the advice given by others.
I would strongly advice not using this company.

Had the same problem as everyone else. Ordered my goods worth £65 on the 23/12/10 6 months later after at least 2-3 emails being sent every week during that 6 months and sometimes getting a reply with the usual poor excuses she has given everyone else, i decided to get nasty. I sent an email stating letters were being prepared via my solicitor to her I stated Watch Dog will also be informed also Trading Standards and reported to googlemail. I gave her 7 days to send my goods if they wasn't received then as soon as she receives my letter via solicitor she should act swifty and pass it onto her legal team. My goods arrived 3 days later. Guessing I'm one of the lucky ones.

I placed an order for Fake Bake kit on 26/04/2011 for a wedding that i was attending. I received email from company stating 'that once they received the item, they would ship out to me'. I checked the order online and confirmed that they was awaiting stock and would send out to me straight away once in. As the wedding was on 07/05/2011 and i still hadn't received by the 5th i sent email.

Received email back with the usual jargon, saying 'Fake Bake also have no stock, but item has now been received and if i still want my order they will ship out straight away! I cancelled the order on the 5th May and it confirmed that i would receive refund in 3-5 working day. I have still not received the refund or the item and keep getting emails saying 'they are doing there best to get item out'. I have replied but i get no response from her.

It is my understanding that they are not suppose to take funds until item is dispatched. Which is clearer not the case for this company! I will be raising a crime report and contact trading standards, as i am shocked that this company is still doing business and getting away with it.

Ordered my item On :22/03/2011 I purchased Xen Tan from them for the value of £34.77 its now the 24/05/2011 and still haven't received my goods only had one response saying would I like a refund or the items sent out straight away I said either but wanted it done by the end of the week that was 2 weeks ago still no goods and no replay!!

Have contacted trading standers and the Cardiff police so hopefully something will now be done.

I placed 2 orders October 2010 , when it was clear i was not going to receive them a few weeks later I cancelled the order. I did not receive the cancellation notice as detailed in their refund policy and when i chased the refund I received a lot of email from them saying they would send the goods/didnt understand why i had not received etc.. The same then happened when I eventually asked for a refund. This went on for weeks until eventually in Feb 2011 I contacted trading standards and sent them a recorded delivery letter. Nothing has happened as yet and they still continue to ignore my emails .... but I will keep on trying .....

I ordered goods a couple of weeks ago still never received them. Have tried to phone on numerous occasions comes up no number exists.
Don't reply to my e-mails. Have now passed on to my credit card company to try and retrieve the money back hopefully.
How does this company get away with it? it is stealing.
