Great service, the case handler on the phone was polite and efficient and the locksmith team were very professional. The person who came out to replace the key was a lovely gentleman, knew Mercedes cars so well, went out of the way to help. Passionate about his job!

My key was stuck in my ignition of my smart car and RAC got in touch with soter. They came out later that day and although he wasn’t sure about the smart car and had tried everything he was willing to give something a go I’d read about online and luckily that did the trick. Unfortunately my car battery had gone flat because the display was still on while key was stuck but he got jump leads out and got me started again. Thank you so much. Smart we’re useless and just told me to get RAC out. I know what to do next time now too.
