Somethings gone wrong with this company. I ordered from them a couple of times with no issue. But my last order just didn’t show up. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they never replied or refunded.

Avoid this company - they take orders and money but do not deliver or respond to emails. They send tracking that goes nowhere!!!

Ordered items over 3 weeks ago…. Never arrived & still waiting! Tried contacting them on numerous occasions and via different platforms but no communication has been received. Have raised through PayPal and SoulBia had the cheek to add tracking details to my open case today (tracking does not work) so I’m praying I can still get my money back! Absolute wasters of a company… wish I’d read the reviews before ordering

Scam website. Ordered €90+ of goods. Nothing received after a week, so tried ringing - no answer, so emailed asking when goods would be sent - no answer, so emailed asking for a refund - no answer, so having to get a chargeback on my credit card. I guess if 1 or 2 people out of 10 don't claim a refund, then the scammers make money. Have emailed the police in Newry to report this as that is where the shop address is, so hopefully they can do something about it

I ordered cheese on the 21st of April. A week later I hadn't had a shipping update so emailed them. No answer to my email, but received a shipping notification on a Thursday. I emailed to ask if it would be there in time for the weekend, as I was concerned it could be stuck in a depot somewhere over the bank holiday weekend. No answer. It arrived 6 days later, having been unrefrigerated for days. I rang customer service and explained, they said they'd send new product. It never arrived, so a week later I rang again, no answer. Reached out on Facebook and they rang me back. Said they would send it that day and would refund me for the inconvenience. I verified that they would still send me the order, as I still wanted the cheese. One month and two days after my initial order, and a week since I last spoke to them, and it to still hasn't arrived. It's a shame as I'd love to be able to source that particular cheese regularly, and would have been a repeat customer had the service been better.

Still waiting for any information about the delivery date (ordered a week ago). Nobody replies my emails.

Fantastic company, great range of products. I've ordered a few times now and I'll definitely keep going back. I love the fact that they are all made in Ireland without nasty additives or preservatives. They have a reliable delivery service too, even my cold products arrived in perfect condition, wrapped in chilled packing! Thanks SoulBia!
