I bought a product

I bought a product, waiting for more than 1 week, no response. Nothing. You do not even know what is happening with your order. Do not recommend, stay away from this company!

We are very sorry that you have been waiting for your order for over a week. Normally the delivery time within Germany is 3-5 working days. As our logistics partner carried out an inventory last week, the delivery time is currently a little longer. We had also put this as information in the shop.
