Very bad experience with soundbocks
Honestly, I would like to humbly share my very bad experience with the customer service, which Soundboks themselves claim to be "of very high quality."
Firstly, after requesting to cancel an order within minutes and following up multiple times over the next three days, I finally received an automatic email confirming the shipment. Following this, I requested a return, and that’s when the real trouble began. I have received no updates about my return. The customer service does not respond to help me or provide a solution. Consequently, the advertised "30-day return policy" is misleading because they deliberately slow down the return process to avoid refunding us.

The only speaker you’ll ever need
I’ve always wanted to get a Soundboks speaker. I always heard nothing but good things about them. When I got mine, it was all true. Good quality, awesome sound and even awesome customer service!! They took care of me and did it in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

The products are all great, I did have a defect in one battery, but the support was very quick and good and the problem was solved very quickly.
Love the speakers
Love the speakers. I chose to get the free battery instead of the backpack item. Now seeing they have an upgraded battery with USB charge. I should have gotten the backpack item then order this newer battery.
Speaker did sound amazing
Speaker did sound amazing. The battery quit working. I couldn’t find the confirmation email from when I ordered it. So I just bought a new battery. Now I blew a speaker and it distorts at upper levels.

Rome wasn’t built in a day
Great service and product all around a little bump in the road but it wasn’t your fault fedex just doesn’t have the best standards for customer service but we’re here now and turning the kitchen into Woodstock ‘99. Leo was a great help couldn’t have done it without him.

Aftermarket Support is not Customer Friendly
I've had my Soundboks since 2016 (I am an OG supporter of this company). I even have had many aftermarket purchases including many chargers, a new battery, and the backpack traveling attachment. Although I really like the products when needed most to get a repair part the Soundboks Support team has dropped the ball. I gave a 2 week window to order and receive a part that was very important to be shipped ASAP however I am stuck in an email chain with a rep who cannot get me a quick answer and now has delayed this process over the span of a week and half. It is a real shame because when I needed Soundboks the most they couldnt come through for me. Definitely something to understand when purchasing and working with this compnay.
