Have had the sleep 30 for under a month and they no longer pair with the phone and they continue to turn on after turning them off. A factory reset doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling the app, draining the battery on the ear buds and nothing works.

Bought the Aerofit 2 Pro a couple weeks ago and the left earbud level system is really loose, it doesn't stay on the level I select. Requires minimal force to move compared to the right earbud. Contacted support and they told me is a "fit" issue and that they can only offer me 15% back from my purchase. That is not acceptable I replied with a video showing the difference between the click of the right earbud and the practically non-existing click of the left one but haven't got a response.

Quick service, had the headphones in just a couple of days and they sound better than any I have ever had before. I have even had Bose but these sound better.

The set was well and attractively packaged. The set was attractively priced. I printed manual would be really nice I stilll have not been able to figure out the purpose of the "+" and "-" buttons. It has no effect on volume.

Instructions are in tiny print. I don't wear glasses and find them hard to read. It really detracts from the product. Items came in multiple shipments which is also not a good experience.

There is NO information on how this works: how to charge this?, how to wear this?, how to download sounds?, etc. Overall, this is the worst product and help material that I have EVER seen!!

Found a replacement case for my earbuds. Great find cheaper than on Ebay. Charged my earbuds right up!

Ease of use. Online Tutorials and manual were both very helpful. They were thorough and easy to follow. I am a side sleeper and the sleepbuds are comfortable. I sometimes have to adjust the pillow but overall comfortable to sleep in.

These headphones are the best I’ve had, I’ve tried Raycon (lasted 2 months). Soundcore gives you many options due to the app. You can adjust the fit to your ears. When you tap you can hear it. You can change the controls with each tap option they give you on the app with one ear bud on or both. It has gaming mode and you can connect to two phones The sound is clear when I’m on the phone, people can hear me clearly. These headphones have great bass and at half volume it’s sounds like it’s at full volume. Full volume is actually too loud for me. The charge with one earbud or both take forever to actually die. I love these headphones it’s worth the price.

I love the multi device pairing and that the buds will easily go back and forth between devices. I don't much care for the constant beeps and even though they are lighter than other products, I do get ear fatigue if wearing them for an entire work day, unlike others which I don't. Nevertheless, I use my Soundcore 100% when at my desk despite the shortcomings. I've learned to ignore the constant beeping and can tolerate the ear fatigue, hence the score. I use four (4) different headsets for different parts of my day or rooms.
