Excellent products and quick support. Just be aware that they use UPS which are some big SOBs for moving your invoice to creditors before even giving you the original one to pay.

i opted for faster delivery with UPS. More expensive but worse than DHL! Your statement 2 to 3 days or so was wrong and dissapointing at the end. But they finally delivered after 6 or 7 days and thats good.

I ordered 2 Seas DXT Tweeters -
one was dated 01/23
the other one was dated 24/22
first i thought they differ in the color of the 4 front mounting screws.
But then my impedance measurement revealed a slightly different shape.
not that this is a big problem but nobody would like to encounter such a scenario . ORD114508

The received (05/18) product (Purifi EVAL2 kit) is defective. The output stage PWM is not working, not switching, so the amplifier does not work. All connected power supplies are within specs.
I have sent a return request to Soundimports and it is being reviewed. I hope to receive a replacement module.

They asked me to confirm a strange part of my order (I ordered one loud speaker only) to avoid later problems. The delivery was a flash. Very good service.

Sales and shipment went fine.
Found out that the ICE modules themselves were installed with too thick heat transfer pads at the same point on all 4 boards.
This making the boards bow quite heavily over that area.
Fearing breaks in the layout lines on the boards over time I alerted Soundimports about this but got mostly negative feedback from the tech when I asked if they could f.ex. check if other production lots in stock were different and without the major bow so we could swap them. After feeling left out in the "swamp" after multiple emails I gave up. Are going to replace the pads myself after checking if the modules work. Not happy about this.
