Absolutely appalling. A chaotic bunch of bigoted morons. Don’t be fooled into putting your trust in these cack-handed muppets, they’re only in it for themselves and will bend the rules to make sure they appear to come out on top but as with all these types of poorly managed organisations, they will all receive their comeuppance eventually. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is an agency who gives service to children and their carers that’s second to none!

As a first-time foster carer, we took our time finding the right agency. Soundly were a great fit for us. When we need support, we always get it. Kat and Joy who run the agency are absolute stars!
I love the many events they run throughout the year - beach days, outdoor activities etc. It brings the kids and the carers together like the community/family that we are.
Because they are a small agency, you get that one-to-one support that often needed. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Well I Just have to write a review for such a brilliant company, who have really made me feel at home in what is has a real family vibe as a carer just having my panel review, I really like the way the agency is run and especially a very diverse way about it

What an amazing agency to work for - I cannot praise Soundly enough for their care, professionalism, dedication and support of us as carers, our placement children as well as our birth children. If you do not want to be “just a number” then this is the agency to work for and with. They are always available, either on the phone no matter time of day or night or in person should they be needed. After working for another agency where you were just a number and no-one knew you or the children, and trying to talk to an actual person was a real mission, transferring to Soundly was the best decision I have ever made. If you are considering a career as a foster carer, I would highly recommend this agency as your starting point.

Soundly have exceeded expectations of what a fostering agency should be. Their caring nature shines through from the fostered children, foster carers, birth children. They have the ability to make you feel at ease while still remaining professional.
Our only regret is we didn't find Soundly at the beginning of our fostering journey, we had a very negative experience elsewhere.

As a foster carer I have found Soundly Fostering probably the best friendly, thoughtful & nurturing company I have ever worked for, the entire team are brilliant and their dedication is second to none… I couldn’t recommend them as a fostering agency enough!!
