Lots of great samples for many sound effects

As a marketing and content agency, we produce short form video content every single day. Reels, ads, branded snippets, explainers. Sound is not an accessory for us. It is part of the storytelling and often the difference between a scroll and a stop.

BEST SOUND LIBRARY
Been using Sound Snap for years. I find everything I need to create solid sound beds. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I will continue to subscribe when working on sound heavy videos.

Soundsnap is just a platform that makes you search a sound and in a snap of a finger it’s brought all the sounds making it fast for me to search and snap it’s on my timeline. What i love about them is how they have no sale gimmicks, no fake promises but deliver and always adding sounds to their ever growing catalogs. It’s also easy to find sounds from my country Zambia from effects to ambiences and all i need for my TV Drama and documentary work. From ambiences to sound effects to music this is a one stop shop for me and with the additional AI tools getting added, the platform has solidified itself as a go to for my studio.

A great extension to my library

So happy to have access to these sounds. With a quick and easy interface, sometimes I open a browser tab to Soundsnap instead of fishing my external HDD out of my bag, just because it's less hassle!

Great music and sounds but hard to download and browse.

Very good SFX library for horror. My problem was with the payment. I’ve never had such problems with paying with creditcard internationally, but their website demanded 3D secure, which I cant get from my bank. And I wasnt able to pay with paypal either. Support helped me with an invoice but the invoice demanded paypal or wire transfer (which both take at least 3-7 days for international payment.) and the support put 1DAY due date for me to pay. That is impossible. I will not be buying from there again. We’ll see how the payment will be resolved..

The music is not good. I should have check more thoroughly before purchasing. Effects are useable. I wrote to you about issues and never received a response. It’s a self serve website for sure.

A comprehensive and useful archive of sound recordings, by my experience, needs a really good search engine. Soundsnap is built around one.
