There was a smell of electrical burning from it intermittently. I plugged it out & it never worked after that.

The portability is convenient and empowers easy use but it takes a while to feel the heat and in this weather, you want your heater to work as fast as possible. Also, the carrier handle is quite inconveniencing. If your finger is not thin enough, it would be difficult to fit it in the space provided. I am actually, surpriced because Dimplex used to manufacture great products. However, it is manageable and overral fine.
