Issue resolved without a problem
Well, ordered a Bosch fridge freezer. Called and asked if we would like the shop model with 2 small marks on one side. Asked for photos and agreed sale. Arrived and saw a number of other marks on the other side. Notified via email with pics/video and asked for further discount as we were mislaid.
Follow up: Cahal contacted and resolved the situation

Great service as always from Soundstore Blackpool.
Ordered online and had my Miele Duoflex vacuum delivered in two days.
As for the Miele Duoflex vacuum: superb machine. Great for cleaning upstairs as no cables or long hose to trip up up.

After sale assistance is nonexistent.
I was very impressed by the man I dealt with in the shop, however, the two men who delivered the oven installed it but gave minimal advice thereafter. We are left with an expensive oven trying to work out the operation manual to learn how to use the appliance. Very very disappointed.

Our delivery and installation team are responsible for safely installing the appliance and ensuring that it is ready for use. While they can provide basic guidance, a full demonstration of the oven’s functions and operation isn’t normally part of the installation service.
