Visited the limerick store, as always very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience.

I always like my experience with sound store.
The staff are always attentive and welcoming, however, on this occasion this was not the case.
I ordered online for click.and collect, when I entered the store, I waited my turn and approached the staff.
No greeting was offered, I greeted them, stated I had a collection reservation and held my mobile to show them the reference number.
They proceeded to take my phone and walk to a different terminal point in the store, not even an explanation.
I followed, where they tapped in the number and discarded my phone on to the counter next to them. I asked if they had finished with my mobile and was told, 'sure take it', they then walked off without a word to retrieve my order from the stockroom.
Not the experience I know or have become to expect from soundstore, hopefully this is a one off and if I decide to return the experience will be better.

I ordered a Samsung phone online for collection from the Middleton store. The order appeared to process correctly, and the payment showed as taken from my bank account. As the store is nearly 100 km from my home, I made a significant journey specifically to collect it.

On arrival, I was immediately told there was a problem with the order and that no payment had been received, despite my bank statement showing otherwise. More concerningly, I was effectively handed the problem back and told to contact customer service myself before the phone could be released.

Customer service eventually identified and resolved the issue, and I was then able to return to the store and collect the phone. However, this was an unnecessary and stressful surprise after travelling such a long distance.

Soundstore should verify click-and-collect orders before customers travel and, where an internal payment or order issue arises, the store should contact customer service directly rather than expecting the customer to resolve it. The purchase was eventually completed, but the collection experience and communication could have been considerably better.

Great website and very straightforward process. I ordered my TV one evening and collected it the following morning. Also, the price of the TV was significantly better with Soundstore than anywhere else. When I collected it the next day, the staff member was extremely helpful and put the TV into the car for me. Always have a great experience with Soundstore

Excellent service from Soundstore Blackpool. Ordered a Bosch Series 6 washing machine as it was the best price. No wait time for any part of the process. And the washing machine is brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic next day delivery service. Fridge/freezer broke down and needed to replace immediately (wasn’t going to get anything at 11pm!) Took my measurements and went online to Soundstore.ie to find suitable replacement, ordered for next day delivery and helpful, friendly driver rang me before noon to arrange

Ordered on line. Selected delivery date. I had removed the old one and when delivery completed old dishwasher and packing were removed.

I really like the way the soundstore staff come and ask you if you need help. If you do they're so helpful and knowledgeable and if you don', They let you browse. If you're able to browse at your leisure your more inclined to buy.
