Don't confuse SoundTaxi.info (software) with Soundtaxi.com (production music library). These are diefferent companies. The software is bad... the music library is great!

Crap. I ordered specifically for DRM removal to convert wma to mp3. it said i needed an extension specifically for that, it sent me to some protectedmus.com which told me i needed to download some safe browser extension. I never got what i needed. I emailed and said, send me the part i need to remove the DRM as advertised or send my money back. I have not gotten so much as an email back. It's a total fraud product, it didn't convert a single song.

Dead. No support. Broken since 2012

The software is not working any more. I tried to write to support several times, but no reply. Soundtaxi was good... But now it isxdead as another user also states

Back in 2012 I bought this program. Worked nicely and customer support was very helpful when contacting them.

From november 2017 until now, I filed multiple support requests about if it was possible to move my license to a new computer. No reply.

4 days ago, I just gave up, and bought a new license - it was not that expensive, and I knew by experience that SoundTaxi was exactly what I needed, and I needed it.

To my surprise, Soundtaxi no longer works! What I have figured out is that they made a change, so that yet another plugin is needed, which can be downloaded from another company that no longer exists and nowhere is this plugin available any longer.

SoundTaxi is badly broken. It is not possible to do any media conversion without this plugin, which is quite significant for a media conversion software.

Rest in Peace SoundTaxi. You was a good workhorse. Now it is dead. Dont waste any money on it

No support. Program just did not work. Plug in link you need is not valid. Tried for 2 weeks now to get refund and no reply.

Like others, the software stop worked. I purchased it from cheapregnow.com /SoundTaxi-Platinum/ with a big coupon code. So I didn't lose that much.

Like several others, I've attempted to contact Soundtaxi multiple times, regarding how the program no longer works, and have gotten no reply at all, after getting support ticket numbers, via autoresponding emails. If anyone knows how to troubleshoot, can you please email me at djstevesharp at g mail dot com?

Avoid this company. I purchased this software about 5 years ago and I purchased a new computer that the software can not be activated on. I have sent a total of 6 messages through the support site with no response. Save your money and find a different company.

The software works perfectly. However, SoundTaxi is NON-RESPONSIVE to any request for support. You can open a request for aid, an auto email is sent with a case number and then... NOTHING. I have spent the last 6 months trying to get a response. This company was once proactive in providing help. Sadly this is no longer true. I now would avoid this software like the plague. Because once you make changes to your system or do a clean install of Windows, you no longer can use the software. It asks for a new activation code, and no matter what hoops you try jumping through - they hold the software prisoner with NO RESPONSE. Not even a response that says I need to upgrade - just NOTHING. Complete SILENCE.

24/7 customer service my butt!!! They do not answer your mails when you want a refund. Bought sound taxi professional and could not use it. Wrote them 2 mails and never got an answerThey totally ignore you as soon as you have paid for their product.

Re-installed windows and needed a new activation code to re-install SoundTaxi; contacted support more than once but they never got back. Avoid these rip off merchants.

Soundtaxi Platinum works to a degree, but it is SO SLOW! It has taken 3 days to transfer a handful of audiobooks from iTunes. Plus, there is a blip, the first few words repeat on playback, like "This is, this is Audible".

Last, some of the files didn't finish, although it looks like they did. Check all your endings to know which ones to redo!

Reinstalled Windows on two PCs. SoundTaxi refuses to reactivate their SW.

I bought SoundTaxi Media Suite and installed it. My computer broke down, and I got a new, but couldn't activate Soundtaxi again after installation. Twice I asked the support for a new license code for reactivation, but I never heard from them. I like SoundTaxi very much, but now I have an 75 $ application, that I can't use.

I bought SoundTaxi Media Converter 7 years ago and it still works great on my PC. I have reinstalled it a couple of time when I upgraded my system, but this converter still worked well even on an upgraded PC (although I had to ask the support a new license code for-reactivation each time. but that's ok, because it was free of charge). The support is helpful and assisted me well when I had questions. I also have SoundTaxi Media Suite installed on my wife's laptop and she also didn't have any major troubles with any of the components of that wonderful suite. So all in all I like SoundTaxi very much and recommend it!

I like SoundTaxi products, especially RipTiger, Media Buddy and SoundTaxi Media Converter. RipTiger download any web video simultaneously while watching that video online, so captures automatically every video on every website be it flash, streaming video, online tv channel or simply youtube music video. It also converts the captured video to one of the formats necessary to choose from. Media Buddy I use mainly to convert my music files to iPod format, but the app is capable of converting video files as welll. And SoundTaxi Media Converter I like to use to rip and convert my protected DVDs to play further in iPad, because this converter removes protection completely unlike other apps that only claim to do so but do nothing. All three programs from SoundTaxi.info are absolutely fantastic! No bugs with any of them yet, great quality software. I'll definitely try other apps from this company and looking forward to checking out their new releases
