Quick action and a great service
We rented a 30 yard dumpster on 3/3/2005. The worker dropped off a 20 yard one by mistake. Upon notifying the office, Alli helped us quickly to resolve the issue. We are very happy for the swift action from Sourgum. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and honesty.

They happen to be the worst service…
They happen to be the worst service ever imagined. They didn’t keep their appointment. We had a mistake with the address which we addressed. They ended up charging me a fee for the mistake. Then took their time in issuing me a refund. Avoid if possible

Additionally, we initially received an incorrect delivery address for the site. After speaking with you upon arrival at the incorrect location, we were able to correct the address and reroute the delivery the same day, despite it being 45 minutes away.
We understand your frustration regarding the negotiated trip fee refund. Please note that these refunds typically take about a week to process and receive approval.

These facilities follow strict regulations and employ certified scale masters to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the weighing process. A copy of the weight ticket was initially provided upon the completion of your rental on 2/19/25 and a photo of your completely filled rental was sent to you 2/21/25. You were provided a 500 lb credit as well for the cardboard box in your rental when you received it as a courtesy.

This is the worst company I’ve ever…
This is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Not just the worst Dumpster company. The worst Company in general. Horrible customer service. Just bad business.
1. I ordered a dumpster 3 days in advance and it still came a day late. I had to pay demo crew to do nothing because they have a dumpster to load.
2. I requested an early morning dumpster swap and they should up that later that afternoon. Again I was paying the demo and wasted time and money.
3. After my last dumpster they continued to charge my card for the most random stuff. One charge was because they couldn’t take the dumpster because it was too muddy. I’m not responsible for where they dropped the dumpster and the weather. They should have checked the forecast before they came out to pick up the dumpster.
4. I ordered and paid for a 15 yard dumpster and they dropped off a 10 yard dumpster. I was told could have an increase in weight since they sent the smaller dumpster and was still charged for overage.
5. I still working with my bank to get them to stop charging my card for random stuff. I’ve paid over $2600 in the last month with company and they are still trying to run my card.

I would rate zero stars if possible. I ordered a dumpster on Wednesday for Thursday morning. It’s Friday morning, and I have no dumpster. I can’t reach anyone who has an answer. First, it was, “the cable broke. It’s going to be a few hours late.” Then it was “the truck is in the shop.” Now it’s just radio silence with no one picking up the phone.
