Tyrants

Was assaulted by multiple officers, the cctv of which was apparently deleted. I wasn’t processed for over 3 hours, I experienced a mental health crisis and was assaulted by an officer who picked me up off the floor and threw me into a wall only a foot away from where he launched me from. I was denied water for 5-6 hours, ignored for 15+ hours on every request for a solicitor, appropriate adult and my right to have someone informed. When I told the custody officer in charge of everything, I was completely ignored and footage of the event is now apparently non existent. They also lied in their police reports which was proven in Cardiff magistrates court but was overlooked! Despite the perjury committed on the stand!

APPALLING ATTITUDE.

APPALLING ATTITUDE.
Rang to check on the update of a serious crime reported, to see if it had been ‘triaged’ and a crime reference number issued.

A man who was so full of himself, and very unprofessional, liking to talk over you, informed me, my complaint had been assessed as G5. What is G5 I asked. he explained the report I filed was considered by the man who I spoke to when filing my report, and he decided no action required. I was astounded.

So not only was I left when the matter was reported, understanding it would be ‘triaged’ and someone eg a POLICE OFFICER (and not a Civilian Call Handler) would be in contact with me, now I am being told that the matter was assessed and closed as G5 BY A CIVILIAN OFFICIAL!

They haven’t even asked to see the EVIDENCE!

I said that was crazy and how do I complain. End shot was he rudely said, yes you do that Good bye.

I have now raised this in an online Complaint to south wales police. Apparently online complaints take 28 to even acknowledge. I have also copied the report to my member of Parliament. Who this week will get his support staff to write to the Chief Constable for an explanation, of how such a serious crime can be considered G5 by a Civilian.

Threatened with domestic violence from the police officer and illegal kidnapping

After being a victim of human and drug trafficking for a year only to force thd deadly covid vaccine on me using domestic violence causing me death and stroke including poisonining me with big pharma prescription drugs. They decided to release me a year later after keeping me hostage illegally they now told lies to the magistrates courts making false alligations saying i was sending money to a scammer which never happened. I was only sending money to my family who had an accident and needed treatment they went behind my back and forced the friend trust to control me without no evidence based just hear say which us illegal in the uk by denying my income now i just rely on savings for my everyday living. Now the SS Nazi police officer thomas lindsey PC 8919 from Cathays police station threatened me with illegal arrest and another kidnapping. Havent i been through enough. They want to censor my videos of exposing their crimes. What an absolute joke. Ruled and dictated by Nazis and the violent mafia. UK is free country. We need to get rid of this curruption and restore Britain now

Failure to Act on Ongoing ASB and Safeguarding Concerns

I have had a deeply concerning experience with South Wales Police in relation to repeated reports of antisocial behaviour and harassment.

Despite multiple reports (including emergency and non-emergency calls), there was a consistent failure to take proportionate action. Incidents were frequently minimised, and on several occasions I was left feeling that the seriousness of the situation had not been properly acknowledged.

There were also issues with:
• Lack of consistent follow-up or continuity between officers
• Inaccurate or incomplete recording of incidents
• Failure to provide clear guidance on available protective measures
• Limited consideration of safeguarding needs despite vulnerabilities being clearly communicated

This has had a significant impact on my sense of safety and wellbeing.

I have since had to escalate matters through formal complaints processes, including the Professional Standards Department and external oversight bodies.

What needs to improve:
• Accurate recording and acknowledgment of reported incidents
• Clear and consistent communication with victims
• Proper consideration of safeguarding and vulnerability
• Accountability where concerns are formally raised

This experience has unfortunately reduced my confidence in the service.

Let us bring back neighborhood watch

Where do I start?

Completely disappointed with South Wales Police. At this point, we may as well bring back neighbourhood watch and remove SWP completely. Why? Because, as the other reviews confirmed, the officers do NOTHING but gaslight victims and do everything to disregard evidence. Some even lie, follow, and interrogate victims who expose the wrongs they have committed and the evidence that has been overlooked.

I was, unfortunately, forced, imprisoned, drugged, beaten etc had CCTV footage to show the criminal and even had people willing to confirm. Still, SWP disregarded those details and made sure I was perceived as a liar, even though I had never lied. The officers take advantage of victims and take advantage of their titles, unfortunately, and abuse their power while doing nothing for the people. A lot of these officers are paid thousands of pounds, which includes after tax is taken(taxpayers' money), and yet they do nothing for safety. Unfortunately, we have officers who are more criminals than most criminals on the street.

Because of exposing their wrongdoings, I had SWP officers follow me (I have a picture for proof), ring their sirens, and even tap into my devices, my house tapped (recordings linked, CCTV installed without my consent) every time I would provide evidence of their wrongdoings. The officers took advantage of my disability and acted as though the officers would help me with my statement but instead wrote lies, refused me to even see the statements put together by them and even refused to correct any incorrect details however, the officers submitted the incorrect statements as facts and truth which lead to some general public's believing the lies, breaking into my house, calling me horrible names and repeating the lies written and put together by SWP. The officers' lies and mishandling of my case had my church's words used against me. In my church, we say I love you to EVERYONE, and I mean EVERYONE (from our songs, our words and even our Bible we talk about loving everyone and that means NOTHING sexual), and due to my Pastor telling me I wasn't allowed to hate the criminal, I said the three-letter words instead of saying I HATE YOU. Not only did the criminal know my name, age, home, etc, but my culture and religion would forbid me to show hate. However, South Wales police took advantage of that opportunity and portrayed me as a liar by using those three letters to justify the crime committed against me.

This horrible mistreatment and lies put together by South Wales Police officer lead to home break in, refusal of of medical treatment and so much more I can't even write right now.

Let's just say giving them one star is isn't worth it. You are sadly safer with the cartels (just a figure of speech) than you are with South Wales Police. In fact, being around them and in our neighbourhood doesn't make any difference, unfortunately. The officers care more about having they mortgages paid more than helping the people in the community.

I firmly believe that a lot of these officers need to be removed from their titles in other words we really need to get rid of the bad apples and actually recruit good apples who actually care for justice and care for the safety of the people and not cause further harm and be coming perpetrators themselves I strongly believe that South Wales police have sadly become the perpetrators on our streets and community's instead of the heroes they are meant to be and the heroes that they uniform meant represent.

Even now, I am fighting the damages caused by the criminal and the South Wales Police officers. Because of the lies put together by the officers, I've had my letters vandalised, deliveries vandalised, my mental health affected, been followed, laughed at by the officers and the public that believed the officers' lies, and so much more.

So, yeah, 1 star is too much of a compliment that the department does not deserve. Very, Very disappointed. We're surrounded by killers, liars and destroyers instead of heros and providers of justice who are covered by the uniform.

This is fully of the truth, and the other reviewers confirmed the crimes committed by the South Wales Police department officer.

MANY people are going missing in Wales and being killed while South Wales Police are doing nothing and when people survive it and provide evidence and information south wales police do not even document it or investigated it but are the first to go to the news department and spread fake rumors and information to debunk the victims statements while they destroy victim's lives and have their mortgages fully paid.

I hope this review will be allowed because it is the truth and I have evidence if needed and strongly believe people need to know the sad truth of the horrible job done by South Wales Police.

Absolute joke!

Absolute joke!! They just can't be bothered! They look for the easy option and change the narrative so they don't have to do anything. What happened to upholding the law?! Spoke to a solicitor went through everything the solicitor said a criminal law had been brocken. Go to Gwent Police hit a brick walk told to go down the civil route. Clearly because it saves you a job!!

Extremely disappointed with SWP

Extremely disappointed with South Wales Police. I reported a clear hit-and-run — a criminal offence — and provided strong evidence: three camera angles clearly showing the collision, the number plate, and even the driver’s face. Despite this, the case was ignored and no action has been taken. It feels like victims are left without justice while offenders walk away freely. Absolutely unacceptable response to such a serious matter.

Great BikeSafe Course

Really found the BikeSafe course to be helpful - learned some great tips since after passing my motorcycle test 25 years ago.

Going out for a long ride under observation was really helpful - pointing out where I could improve.

Every biker should do this course. It's scary seeing other riders on the road who could benefit from this course, who make n00b mistakes, putting themseleves and others at risk.

Big thanks to Craig S, Gareth S, Rob B.

Just had an email from an Insp who doesn’t appear he could investigate a ‘cold’. Basically saying that they as an organisation acted appropriately…please read previous reviews I submitted about them! I have evidence and am taking it to a solicitor who specialises in Poilce incompetence…they will have a field day!!! Honestly, they are a shambles & embarrassment. The Insp is obviously too scared to work on the streets so got promoted and joined professional standards.

Over three years ago

Over three years ago, I submitted a Subject Access Request, but I have yet to receive a full response. I was never informed whether the requested phone call recordings exist or are unavailable from their systems.

During the trial, I was told the evidence could not be disclosed due to an ongoing criminal investigation.

However, at court, I was informed that it was no longer within the criminal procedure stage to request that evidence.

As a result, I pleaded guilty—solely because I was unable to obtain the evidence necessary to defend myself. Despite this, South Wales Police Data Protection has still not released the emails or phone call recordings that would demonstrate the claim was fabricated.

If I am to be held accountable for a crime, then the concealment of police misconduct is equally a matter that warrants public investigation.

Except I truly believe that South Wales Police are unable to correct their own behavior, and in the UK we need a system that allows independent publicly funded non police affiliated services to pursue crime committed by police departments.

Until then we have Trust Pilot :D

It seems to me, gut instinct that Merthyr Tydfil Police and the Merthyr Tydfil courts are in collusion, because despite the courts having the power to do something about it the South Wales Data Protection Department, The Investigator and his team (whom fabricated contrary to evidence of witnesses against me stating the class was a public event) decided to construe a story in the absence of information and then South Wales Police Data Protection has done all it can to prevent disclosure.

I wonder if them all sharing the same building has something to do with how long its taken to fulfill the subject access request.

Each year our Council tax has more…

Each year our Council tax has more added to it to fund the Police, and each year they seem to do less. They currently have an ad which says if you see something wrong report it. Each night for the last 10 nights I have reported someone riding an offroad bike outside my house. I have even given the police the name of the rider. Next night they are back. You know your report is going to be ignored when you hear the words, this has been passed to local officers. Jane, Two jobs Mudd is not interested. Next is the papers and the media.

A Ford Fiesta parked access my garage…

A Ford Fiesta parked across my garage 13/02/2025, I couldn't get out obviously, so I took a look closely at the Fiesta, it had drugs and money on the rear foot well, and I then noticed a baseball bat in the rear footwell, in the backseat pouch was a claw hammer, the windscreen was cracked all over, the right side mirror was missing, I informed the South Wales Police 101, to me this was a drugs car, I honestly thought what I was telling the SO CALLED 'HIGHLY SKILLED' CALL HANGER, she never ever gave me a call number/crime number, she told me to expect a call later, no call, US PEOPLE IN THIS AREA ARE BESET WITH DRUGS GANGS AND OUR PAID PROTECTORS ARE NOT FOLLOWING UP WHAT WOULD BE DRUG PUSHERS, I'm 64, and I'm scared, SHAME ON YOU SWP.

1 star simply because there isn't an…

1 star simply because there isn't an option for "abolish".. officers who give information to landlords that is false resulting in the threatening of 2 young children then the team responsible all turn into myths... officers like 8081 collects the criminals then ignores all the crimes & evidence that show the criminal is guilty (can't name this person for legal reasons)..

Letters posted through my door from drugged up & drunken neighbour talking about my children and what we do in our lives that he has caught on his cctv (harassment but according to 8081 there is nothing harassing about it even tho the law clearly states what it is) they make of the law what they want and they don't care who gets hurt or killed along the way !

The governement should certainly bring in a real independent body to start disciplining the large majority of staff who just are not up to the job and clearly only in it for the pension...

And as for the complaints service then what a giant waste of life that is even at the PSD..

They target the vulnerable as no Hard-core criminal could ever be caught be south Wales police as they are to busy handing out get out of jail free cards to said criminals !

Trust me in my circumstance and the reason for this review and based on the actions of Disney oops sorry south Wales police over the last 18 months of being abused by our neighbor.. i mean even the district judge said there is enough action to strip someone of their human rights and have shown that in a court stamped document from the courts to
officer 8081 but again wasn't interested and instead proceeded laughing in my face !

You Just can't make it up and in true style I bet I'll be their next target and it wouldn't be the first time either.
