The Wood Dumped on my drive way was not as advertised it was very wet & covered in fungus & not fit for use in the my wood burner.

On calling to complain & asking for a for a refund after providing evidence of the poor quality of the wood

I was berated over the phone

Not acceptable behavior
& Poor custom service
I’d go else where don’t buy

Wood delivered soaking wet and covered in fungus- wood that doesn’t have fungus will need sufficient drying out before using.
Description on website says that wood is between 20-40% moisture and suitable for burning straight away this is not the case. Company would not even acknowledge pictures that we sent them. So now we have no wood to use during this cold snap which we ordered the wood for.
