I placed an order on May 12th 2024 - just a simple t-shirt. Not a pre-order. Almost 50 days later, I have yet to receive my order or a refund. I have reached out so many times I've lost count. They do not answer emails or phones. They delete your comments on Facebook. They won't respond in messenger or Instagram. I got bamboozled!!! I don't recommend shopping with them unless you want to spend money on something you will ever get. Customer service doesn't exist.

I shopped with SFC for years now and I had always had excellent customer service. The past few times, CSR will not answer phones in which we have to rely on emails. I sent out an email right after placing an order, and I needed to make a change. They first AUTO responded they rec'd my email, then I never heard back until I got my order and I got the wrong dress size. I dont know if it's because SFC is growing so fast that they cannot keep up with customer service, so as long as their orders go out, but Customer Service should be an IMPORTANT part of the business, and I am skeptical in continue to purchase with SFC. At first, I would get great customer service and spoke to the sweet ladies there, now, it's all about emails and dropped calls. SFC makes me now feel like a number, and not a person to them, like they used to make me feel.

It was easy, the email and text notifications for things I've been interested are spot on, and the products I've received are incredible.

I found the perfect blazer and shorts set. The material is phenomenal. Cannot express how great the quality is. Much better than expected.

Awful. There is NO customer service to even get ahold of to try and resolve the problem. I didn’t receive items in my order It’s been over a month and no one replying to me

The shorts look very cute. The downside is that they had to be miss sized. I normally wear a medium but I got the large. The large was even too small. I didn’t bother returning them so maybe another family member could wear them. I was really disappointed because I really liked the shorts.

The romper I ordered was very short and not overly long in the torso. I am a short gal with a short torso so it wouldn't have worked for a tall gal. I thougth the description could have included more information about those fit details.

Boots were smaller in shaft than advertised and slow customer service responding to requests. Would not accept a return. Never ordering again.

My clothing arrived and looked just like the photos, fit perfectly and the quality is great! I get so many compliments on my bell bottoms and jacket! Looking forward to finding more bell bottoms on the site that I can order!

Shipping was super fast! Was a little upset that the top fit me (a little big) but the bottom didn’t even though I always wear that size.

It was awful!!! After finally getting a response you ladies did not help me out at all!! I accidentally selected the wrong size, I selected a small Instead of a xl or large and you ladies would not change it bc you side the order had already shipped. Well I sent the email litterly 3 mins after I submitted the order bc I realized the mistake. There was not way the order had already even shipped. I ordered a skirt that had I had been waiting on for 2 weeks already. So you would help me change the size or anything so now I am stuck with a shirt that does not fit me at all bc you also will not accept returns! Awful customer service

Company had great communication. The dresses I received I thought I ordered up a size but the one won’t even zip. I normally don’t wear a large so I was pretty disappointed it was too small. Everything else was great.

Ordered sequined duster in X-Large, description shows duster in bubble gum colors on black as well as picture. When I received this it was black and white no iridescence as customer service said. Not at all like picture. They informed me they sent what I ordered and final sale. So I’m stuck with it. Will not purchase from them again!
Also runs small.

This place is good at one thing: scams. I ordered a pair of boots, a half size larger than I wear to make sure they fit. They were so small they couldn't be worn so I initiated a return. Right. A 20% restocking fee I was willing to choke down (with knowledge that I would NEVER order from them again) and then I was told my return was "rejected" without cause. I lost $172.79 to this horrible place. Don't order their cheap stuff!

You still stole my money and my bank says your a scam too . I bought a dress , they didn’t tell me where the heck it was upon shipping . 2 weeks later they write me saying it’s out of stock !! I had to call my bank because they didn’t refund the money I used with my card for a dress that didn’t come in! I got NO STORE CREDIT like they promised ! To this day !!! And to this day 5 months later they still have not responded . Do not shop here .

If I could give them a -10 i would horrible customer service and shipping is a lie. I ordered a dress that was not pre-order, it was supposed to ship and arrive within three weeks. It arrived over a month later, after several calls, trying to find out where it was and why it had an arrived. I got no return response and then once it came, I tried to return it and they denied me would highly recommend not purchasing from the store online. It’s a scam.

Buyer beware! Only gave one star or I wouldn't be able to leave a review. Ridiculous you can't return sale items even for a store credit. I purchased 2 wedding dresses and neither fit and I went by their sizing guide.
Live and learn I guess. Will never purchase from them again.
