Lots of good recipes but some are not what I would call Southern, I'd put them in the category of being more high brow .

Never received what I paid for and had to repeatedly demand refund. Will NEVER patronize them again. Horrible experience.

Love the enamel on steel bakeware and the utensils. They brighten up the kitchen and work well.

Bought the Smithey no 12 and no 10 pans, nice quality on the 12 but the 10 was really rough in the whole center and 5 sets of pits around the inside edge in the corner, not to impressed when they say how polished they are, not very good quality control ! if i wanted a rough one i could have bought a lodge for a fraction of the price !

I love all the items that I've purchased from Southern Kitchen. So far I've picked up a carbon steel pan, a Finex grill pan, and a great spatula and wooden spoon. Buy with confidence.

I purchased a 13 inch pan for myself over a year ago and it has become my “go to pan” for everything ! I loved it so much that I bought one for my brother. He and his wife are both amazing cooks.

Best discount I could find for a handmade carbon steel skillet and it shipped must faster than expected. Skillet was cushioned by a mass of wood shavings during shipping--loved the attention to detail and uniqueness.

Items were exactly as offered. Top quality products. Customer service was extremely prompt,professional and kind. I received complementary items with my order as well.
I would definitely recommend the company.

Great source of ideas for cooking. We are good in the kitchen and cook most dishes without help. We don't us recipes most of the time. SK often gives us very good tips and education. I think the prices might be high but sometimes the product is so special that price considerations go away. Also, SK is one of the best of the food journalism category.

My order shipped 2 weeks late due to backorder on my Finex cast iron skillet, but the customer service team replied in a timely manner and even sent me a top to my pan completely free. Thank you!

I'm a pretty cynical shopper, but Southern Kitchen really did right by me. The first thing that caught my eye was the low prices and nice promotions that Southern Kitchen had on really good cookware. I was a little wary, assuming that there had to be SOME downside.

As it happens, there were a few hiccups in completing my orders. I found myself thinking "I figured that was too good to be true."

But that's when Southern Kitchen's fantastic customer service came into play. They were great at communicating with me and helping to resolve the issues, and they let me know that one of the items I had ordered was on backorder. They apologized for that, and they gave me a nice promotional code for my next order.
As things stand now, both orders worked out in the end: I have two exquisite, heirloom-quality pieces of cookware that I will cherish for years and a great respect for this highly ethical, customer-focused company.

I have ordered twice and both times the item was correct and arrived sooner than expected. I will use again.

Southern Kitchen has a very informative newsletter and a user-friendly website that feature interesting stories, tasty recipes, and true Southern products -Southern Kitchen is Charm, Grace, and Hospitality and so much more. It's relavent, modern, and trendy without pretense.

Takes 3-4 days for them to ship any items they say. Too busy and small staff they say. But they have no problem sending me 1-2 spam emailed a day .
