After having many issues with both agent and buyers for about 5 months with another national high street estate agent, I instructed South Manchester Homes to sell my property.

He kept in the loop throughout the entire process and always have touchpoint calls to ensure we are happy and to assist us with questions along the way. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but felt compelled to recommend Jonathan and South Manchester Homes after a less-than-ideal experience attempting to sell my property with another, well known local Estate Agent.

Following that experience, I reached out to Jonathan, who had my property marketed with a great selection of photographs and a video tour within days. The property was promptly sold, above asking price, shortly after the first viewing.

Jonathan kept me informed of the process throughout and was very clear with any potential purchasers about my position and circumstances, thus avoiding any prolonged (and frustrating) negotiations.

Great, personal and thorough service

Great service from Jonathan and the team at South Manchester Homes. We were always kept up to date with regards to our house purchase and Jonathan always went the extra mile to ensure everything was going to plan.

The service provided was excellent, very professional and was really good value. Jonathan was always available, responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The house on Right Move looked great and was sold within days. I can't recommend South Manchester Homes highly enough.
