Poor facilities

This hotel is located in a very good area of Cebu, as it is close to the Jones' Track training facilities. The staff are doing their very best on what appears to be very low resources. No warm shower water, outdated noisy air conditioning systems, no kettles or being able to flush toilet paper in the toilets as well as only permitting 1 card key per room when there is more than one guest per room (also the constant issues with the swipe card systems, leaving guests locked out of their rooms), makes the stay very tedious and inconvenient.The young staff really do deserve better. Management and owners need to invest more, this could be a great hotel if so.
