Can't recommend them enough - know why our joiner uses them. Explained the different options to us on number of doors for our extension, colour schemes and costs in such a simple and unfussy way with upfront prices and ordering time. Then today, when one of the doors came off the track at the top due to me opening it incorrectly, they sent someone out within 30 mins to connect back into place.

Had a fault with bifold doors purchased from Southport Glass. Fault was reported and fixed within the hour. Guy who came to repair was amazing. I highly recommend this using this company

Waited for a window and door to be made .. a simple size window and door nothing complicated.. ordered through our Builder John Boston .. only to arrive completely wrong and the widths the opposite way round .. admitted to their error but we have waited many months for this for it to arrive wrong! Now further waiting!

I've bought double glazed units from this firm several times in the past to replace ones that had failed and were misting up.
The service is friendly and prompt with any additional communication by phone or e-mail very clear and concise.

I felt compelled to write a review for them on Trust Pilot after recent experience. I wanted to glaze a timber front door with laminated safety glass. There were 9 rectangular panes plus a complicated semi-circular piece at the top. Being a complete novice the staff explained the process and whether or not we wanted the safety logo on the panes etc. It was all ready for collection the next day. Southport Glass have a minimum charge of £7 per piece but this was waived and we paid the area used which saved us a lot. They could have fleeced us if they wanted to and despite being a small order for them, the service was exceptional. Thank you Southport Glass.
