The bed's frame is leaking resin, been contacting sova team but there are no resolution yet and they are very slow responding. Will update here again once the issue is resolved

Great service and choice

Bed is amazing, delivery was quicker than expected and very efficient.

Pre-sale support from SOVA was excellent. But once the purchases were made, I was very disappointed. The beds were supposed to arrive between 4-6 weeks and of course only showed up at the tail end, so we had to sleep on air mattresses on the floor for weeks as there was no alternatives available. And when the beds finally arrived in the warehouse, it was another week before the transport company could deliver (and my file was incorrectly put together so phone numbers and addresses were jumbled). In conclusion, frustratingly long delivery time and very little effort to find mitigating solutions. Disappointing :(

The bed of my dreams! Sova was very helpful postponing the delivery until my moving date. The delivery itself was also very smooth and professional. Nice and kind staff at my local store. 5 stars!

we got a promise about delivery date around 6-8 weeks but without any explanation we get postponed week date about bed every week. So we can not trust delivery date anymore which is realy badly surprised for us.

We had a really good customer experience in buying the bed we wanted. The salesperson (Nadia) was amazing and patient and really helped us find the bed that felt best for us! So thank you.

Had an awful experience at the SOVA's store located at Stockholm - Sveavägen. Went to buy a pillow, got a really nice (bit expensive but really good quality) and the sales person was nice. When I bought it, they told me that I could go home, open it, try it and then return it for a more firm one if I was not convinced. Literally less than 24 hours later, I came back to the same store to return it, the previous sales person was not there and the one it was there said to me that I could not return it because I open it. I tried to explain the situation and what the previous sales person said to me the day before, but he started to blame on me because I should have tried it in the store before and I should speak Swedish (because in the ticket in it says, in Swedish, no returns allowed if you open it at home). As I do not speak Swedish I was trusting the first sales person but this person did not mention this to me, which is completely contradictory. I would not have bought a pillow if somebody would have confirmed that no returns were permitted if I open and try the pillow. To make it clear, what I mean by "try the pillow" is literally open the pillow bag and use it for 10 seconds.
