Terrible customer support, no mattress test periods
My girlfriend and I went to the Sova store to try out a new mattress topper back in February 2023.
We explained that the current mattress we have, which was latex based, was too firm for my girlfriend. We also explained that I prefer firm matresses. We were offered the Tempur Cloud Delux. We tried it out for about 10 minutes, and decided to get it.
I've have since had issues adjusting to how soft the mattress is during a full night's sleep, and also with how incredibly hot the mattress gets. The heat was never mentioned by the sales personel, and I think that customers HAVE to be made aware of how incredibly hot Tempur gets.
I went to the store few days after getting the mattress topper, to discuss any potential fixes. Returns and/or exchanges were not possible. Few days later, after having few more terrible nights sleeping on the Tempur, I wrote an e-mail to Sova, explaining in detail what my issues are, and asking for any more tips. Needless to say, they never bothered with replying to my e-mail, which is a good enough reason for giving this one star review. My e-mail was sent on February 27th 2023, just for reference, and I am writing this review on June 6th 2023.
I feel that a customer that spent 16000 SEK on a mattress topper at least deserved to get some sort of advice after the complaint e-mail.
Now I am probably forced to sell the topper for some silly price, or give it away for free, or throw it out.
As customers of Sova, please be aware that there's no trial period for mattress toppers, no matter how expensive they are, which is just mind boggling.
Please make sure whatever purchase you are about to make, that you have some sort of trial period included, otherwise there's no point in spending so much money on something that might turn out will ruin your sleep.

Paying a lot of money for a bed might seem scary for most people, especially when you are not sure which bed to buy.
With the advice, guidance and general top level service I received during the process makes me confident that I have found the right bed for me. The same goes for my wife.
If you are in doubt, go to SOVA at Svågertorp and ask for Abdoulie. You will not regret it!
