Superb customer service, from purchase to delivery and with personal follow up after that. Warmly recommended.

The experience of buying bed was nice, tried different beds and seemed like we got better professional and skilled salesperson. However, bed got deformed and destroyed after 1 (one) year of use and our reclamation was not taken into account and Sova tried to convince us that is how it is supposed to be. Paid a lot for bed that one can use only 1 year… Would not recommend not even to my enemy to purchase at Sova.

It's awesome experience shopping at Sova! The sales person there are professional and the actually gives price guarantee. I found something online cheaper, they returned me the price difference super easily. Highly recommended!

I ordered a tempur bed and a tempur mattress in sova. I was surprised the offer I got in the store for the mattress is down graded the next day when I wanted to cancel the order of the bed. And the reason is tempur thinks they won't get benefit if I purchase the mattress without the bed. But the offer was given before I decided to order a bed and the reason of the offer was the mattress was long stored in the store and they would move it anyway (it may not be quite exact, but it was nothing because of the bed when I was given the offer ).

Furthermore, when I decided to cancel the whole order, I was surprised that I need to pay a down payment of 20% of my order. I have no idea there is KÖPVILLKOR in SOVA, and was not told by my sales before I purchase. I got it in my mailbox as a pdf, but didn't know about that either before purchase. Given the fact that I placed the order at 7pm, right before they close the shop and requested to cancel it at 11 am the next day when they just open the shop, I think it is not reasonable to charge me 20% for a down payment. And I shouldn't be responsible for something I don't know at first hand.

So after all I decided to cancel the bed but keep the mattress. However, the packaging of the mattress was terrible. The package and the handle was broken when I carried the mattress upstairs half way. The plastic bag to protect the mattress is not sealed, so the mattress would slide outside a bit during the move. It was not only hard to carry it up, but the edge of the mattress also got dirty.

I usually have nice experience of purchasing in Sweden, and am used to and love the policy of öppet köp. I think it is a role model of showing respect to the consumer's right. But this one I had in SOVA was disappointing.
