By far Sovereign & Bale are the best recruitment service I have worked with. They handled me as an individual and not just a number, provided me with excellent customer service and went out of their way to ensure that I was in the driving seat throughout the recruitment process.
I have to say a special thank you to Monika who was outstanding in helping me secure alternative employment. We built up an excellent rapport in a short space of time. She kept me fully informed throughout the recruitment process and it was evident that she was working in my favour and not just the employer. Having worked in recruitment before I can understand how the employer can easily become the driver in the process however Monika made sure she worked with both parties with integrity.
