Sowa Rigpa Institute has AWFUL MORALS
I think the Sowa Rigpa Institute course was alright, but when I tried to contact the teacher by email as requested, I was ignored. More importantly, the customer service person is not as I would expect an organisation with high spiritual morals to act.
I was upset because they deleted the course I paid for without telling me beforehand that this would happen. When I pointed it out, first, the person, instead of apologising, made an excuse that I should have somehow guessed it from the course dates. When I protested they made it difficult but eventually said they sent the money back to my paypal email (without asking me first which email or method is best to send it). (Even though I just wanted the course back). The money did not come into my account, and when I said it was not there, she made more strange and childish excuses which was exhausting. Eventually she was blaming me that it wasn't the right paypal account or that it would take days to come. Then I said I only had one paypal account and then it would show as pending and that I expect her to behave with morals. She then ignored me for good. My God, she was exactly the opposite of what I would expect practices designed to increase compassion and spirituality should be.
