What an absolute joke. I'm at day 21 with absolutely no correspondence from the dozens of emails I've sent. They have now blocked me in live chat and they've only paid out half of my withdrawals. Still. 12000 left but not a single withdrawal has been processed in over a week

Wednesday 25/06/25, I withdrew 400, which was paid within hours.
On Thursday, 26/06/25, I tried to withdraw 500. The website says bitcoin payments take up to 48 minutes.
It took 8 days, and there wass no communication as to why. My current withdrawal of 4000 EUR is at day 9, again the finance department ignores all my attempts to contact them.
I don't use bonuses, and my account is verified.
There is no max weekly limit that I am aware of, and I have pulled out larger amounts before without issue.
No one on chat will provide any explanation or ETA, and the finance department will not respond to my emails
I’ve been playing at this casino for a few years with not to many problems but over a week ago I deposited without any bonus & won $800 which I promptly withdrew via bank transfer, now 7 days later I’m still waiting ,with only the option to cancel my withdrawal!! I’ve contacted live chat only to repeatedly be told they have reached out to financial department about my pending withdrawal & they will contact me via email but I’ve emailed financial department many times about this with absolutely no response!
