Just a brilliant product. These are always on my gift list and put in envelopes for others.

Just ordered another box of these delights for a friend in need of some R&R.

My review today is that I just don’t get it, when looking through previous reviews, how the way the item was delivered has anything to do with Harriet and her team at Spacemasks (and, no, I don’t know them personally).

I also had an issue with the delivery of this order by Royal Mail, who simply just handed the parcel over to someone near to the house and not actually delivering it to the recipient’s address, or a specific neighbour, as I had formally requested on the Royal Mail App?!

Luckily, my parcel had been given to someone who did hold it for the recipient until her arrival home from work but, I know, if she hadn’t got the parcel, my first point of call would’ve been to Royal Mail and not to instantly jump on here.

Hopefully a surge of rightful and positive reviews will now awash your pointless and irrelevant one away GK?!

Meanwhile, back to this review. My friend loved her gift and rang me this morning to say that she had the best night’s sleep - so thank you 🥰

This is one of the best small businesses around; wonderful products and exceptional customer service. I’ve made many purchases and never had an issue - a delight to deal with and highly recommended.

I’ve been using Spacemasks for a number of years now. When my anxious brain is spinning the heat and scent of the masks distracts me and allows me to fall asleep. They are also excellent for headaches. I’ve bought them for all my friends and gave one to every nurse who cared for my dad in his final weeks as a thank you! I love these so much I’ve now taken out a subscription!!

This is an incredible small company. The product is amazing both if you need a bit of self care and also make the best presents whatever the occasion. I have signed up to the monthly delivery and would thoroughly recommend it just to experience the joy when the Soacemask package plops through your letterbox!

Having purchased Spacemasks a couple of times, both for myself (a delightful treat) and as gifts for others (the beautifully handwritten gift cards) I can honestly say the product and customer service is second to none. Brilliantly brilliant!

I buy these every year as gifts, especially when they’re on the free box offer. Great for putting into a card for someone and I’ve ordered already for teachers Christmas presents. The dispatch is always immediate. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a couple of hours to get a dispatch notification and when Royal Mail are doing their bit properly they arrive so quickly. Excellent customer service from this great company.

I found this ingenious product when I stumbled on their Instagram page. I give Spacemasks away to all my friends. I use them regularly when I have a migraine, insomnia, having a bad day or just want to treat myself. I love all the fragrances they come in but the newest orange and grapefruit is a clear favourite. On top of the amazing product, Harriet, the fabulous lady behind Spacemasks is one of the nicest funniest people I've found on Instagram. I hope one day I get to meet her in person.

Love Spacemasks! I have a subscription with them and have done now for around 2 years! Perfect little treat! Have also sent out the cards/masks as gifts many times over the years. Added bonus Harriett is hilarious on Instagram and is the kindest person when it comes to charities! My teenage daughter loves them too and is always asking if I have a spare one! 5* from us!

Absolutely love a Spacemask! I’ve bought them many times as gifts for friends and everybody loves them. I love the company ethos- the kindness of Harriet the wonderful owner is shown in so many ways. She gives donations from sales to charities and is always looking for ways to make a small difference to people’s lives. Such a caring small business which is struggling like every small business at the moment with price hikes and sloppy service from delivery companies but my goodness they do everything they can to make sure any mistakes are rectified and all customers are satisfied!

In all my years ordering online I have never had such impeccable service as you do with Spacemasks!

Spacemasks are amazing. I am a subscriber and subscription delivery day has fast become my favourite day of the month. Spacemasks are amazing for migraines and tired eyes and have lots of other uses too. The best naps come from a Spacemask. I love gifting Spacemasks to friends and family either by sending direct from Spacemasks and Harriet and her trusty scratchy pen or adding a Spacemask to a gift or popping in colleague's pigeonholes at work. I would be completely lost without Spacemasks now.
