Just to clarify a couple of points about our centre Milton Keynes, Spaces Avebury Boulevard: our business lounges are situated on the first-floor balcony, adjacent to the corridor on the same level. On-site parking is available at £4 per day, with the first 30 minutes free of charge. For added convenience, payment can be made through your online account at myspacesworks.com or added directly to your booking.

Team great - services - not so!
The facilities are good, the team in MK are great but the system and invoices processes are bad. I had numerous issues with invoices and late fees applied when they weren't late.
You constantly need to chase to get it resolved. I ended my contract purely because of all of the issues and then at the end, there is a bill of c£50 to clean and tidy your desk area. I wouldn't mind but it was hardly used and spotless when I left, let's face it, it's 1 desk.
And then to top it off, the deposit balance was due and still not paid. It's supposed to be returned within 30 days from the end date of your agreement, now chasing they say I must wait 60 days.
It's the worst and will never join them again and I recommend you try something different. It could be just me that experienced this but then if it is, how much bad luck can one person have with one company?
For all the hassle, it's just not worth it.
All in all, the only reason they get a score at all is because the team reception team in MK are brilliant but they can only do so much to remedy these issues, it all sits in the tech background.

I coordinated this matter with your centre team, who confirmed that your billing concerns have been resolved.
The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors, such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer. The fee is valid. On behalf of your centre team, I’d like to extend a full apology if this wasn’t explained to you.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly. You have submitted two separate requests for your retainer refund, each with different bank account details. After being informed of this, you confirmed the correct bank details on 02 June 2025. Our finance team has confirmed that the refund has been processed and will be refunded on 01 July 2025. My team member is in touch with you on this matter. Kindly contact them for further help.

I've been working with Spaces for some time now, and I can't say enough about the amazing staff! They’re always smiling and always happy to help, which makes such a difference in the workday. The office space meets all my business needs perfectly. Plus, the great location and stunning views from the large balcony make it a truly inspiring place to work. First and last impressions count
Erica, Kirsten and team were amazing building hosts. Thank you for making our stay at Spaces so efficient and pleasant. From the greetings and farewells, you always did so with a smile. My company was brilliantly looked after at Spaces in MK whilst we waited for our new office building to be ready. A really enjoyable 6 months. Highly recommend.
