I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its specific end date. You signed a 12 month term to take advantage of a more competitive price due to the longer commitment and therefore your account will terminate on 31 May 2024.
