Very bad HVAC part II

This review is in addition to the lengthy one you will find below.

Our office - with huge, beautiful, exterior windows - was constructed without a heating source. To quote the receptionist:

"... the office was constructed without a radiator and unfortunately cannot be retrofitted with one. The only available solution I can offer is supplemental heat."

You read that correctly. We will be spending entire winters with a *space heater* because there is literally no heat coming to our office. Reportedly this is the case for an entire bank of offices. We've been offered the possibility to move, but we have one of the best offices spaces on the floor (east facing, away from the busy reception area, with amazing views and lots of space) and have furnished and decorated it based on its dimensions.

No offer for rent renegotiation or anything of the sort for being rented to dishonestly. Attempts to escalate concerns here are met with gate keeping management contact information. You literally can't escalate anything.

If you're reading this and considering this place, feel free to swing by on a tour and you can feel the temperature for yourself. In short, this place is not recommended to run a business out of.

Hi Zac,
We appreciate that you’re dissatisfied with the lack of heating your specific, although it’s important to highlight that this was explained to you at the time of signing the agreement that the office does not have an in-built heating and cooling system.
Your centre team has consistently worked to address your concerns about inadequate heating and cooling.
At present, an additional heater has been provided, which is the only immediate solution available since you have rejected the offer to move into another office within the centre.
The centre is actively coordinating with building management to identify a permanent solution. For any further assistance, please contact them directly rather than posting public comments.
Thank you,

Told to be quiet, but some are allowed to play ping-pong outside of our office doors.

When I signed the contract for leasing an office at Spaces, I was told very explicitly that it was a quiet workspace and that I need to be very quiet. In fact, a few weeks back I received an email from management saying that we need to maintain quiet in the hallways and if we are talking on our phones to go into a quiet room. Now there’s a ping-pong table Outside of my office in the common area. Now I have to hear the noise of the ping-pong table. And woo hoo’s by the players. When I reported to the receptionist that the ping-pong table is a noisy environment for what is supposed to be a workspace, I was told well that’s what they want. New people moved in recently and wanted a ping-pong table and for some reason they were provided with one whereas I was told I have to be very quiet. This is unacceptable.

Hi Shawn,
I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointing experience.
Regardless of the reason, I understand how frustrating it can be and apologise if we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from Regus.
My team have contacted you now to get more information and I have also immediately asked the Manager of your centre to look into this as a priority.
Your satisfaction is very important, therefore, we’ll make the relevant enquiries and aim to put matters right as soon as we can. Where appropriate, we’ll also take steps to prevent the situation from happening again.
Thanks again for your comments, which help us improve. We appreciate your business.
Best,
