Mixed experience - maybe understaffed?
Likes:
* Friendly staff, excellent location, reasonable rates
Dislikes:
* Power outlets start cycling between 4:30 pm and 5pm in the afternoon
* All urinals have been disabled and covered with trash bags for weeks. Bathrooms seem to be an ongoing maintenance issue.
* Janitor seems to have lost the key to put toilet paper rolls in the dispenser; just placed on top of toilet and often fall to ground.
* Plants seem to be dead or dying throughout building
* Outdoor furniture on patio "sticky" and needs a hosedown or wash
* Dishes sit unattended in kitchen sinks for days
Location is perfect, just seems like building is a little short-staffed. We could use some type of umbrella or shading on the roof.
