Separate Invoives

Please continue to separate regular monthly charges from Late Charges OR additional charges.

Hi Monia,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the presentation of charges on your invoices.
We would like to clarify that late fees are only generated when a payment becomes overdue. As these charges are applied on an as-needed basis rather than recurring monthly, they are issued separately from your regular monthly invoice.
For recurring charges, such as your monthly fee and any ongoing services such as, mail forwarding fee will continue to appear together on a single monthly invoice. This invoice format is applied consistently across our global operations and cannot be amended.
