We like the reception and all there helps, the only thing is the invoice part is a bit a pain, especially if you have two different location at Regus/Spaces.

Coworking not 24/7 & inkasso after a month
I inquired about the possibility to work in the shared office in the evenings and weekends. Over the phone the agent claimed that with the Coworking membership I will have access to the building 24/7 at least 5 days per month if I book over the app. While this isn't true as I later found out. I could work there only during the working hours which isn't useful for me. They also signed the contract from the middle of the January for which I paid but I then found out at the reception that I can start using it only from first of February. So no 24/7 for Coworking membership as advertised.
Even if one would like to request out of the working hours office space on the go this can't be done as it will be only processed by the person during working hours. So in case you need to use the office in the late evening or weekend its actually impossible to book and pay additionally for it even if there is a digital application for it. You have to wait on manual confirmation.
I was sent to inkasso after one month of unpaid bill. Was switching the creditcard which I didn't update on Regus account page. My bad, but inkasso after a month? Never happened before, ever.

We appreciate your feedback which helps us to improve. Please let me clarify the situation in full.
Your agreement started on 1 February 2026, but you made a booking in January (prior to your start date) which is why you were charged. We have since clarified this to you and resolved it.
Out-of-hours access is always available, but each centre has its own security and access measures so the process will depend on each centre. After you request a workspace online, the centres will then confirm the availability of access for the hours that you request and inform you.
