My company was in Spaces Mechelen for 4 years. The office space is good, the facilities are good, the team are good. We wanted a bigger office and they refused to pro-rata the charge in a larger office. After a further year we gave the correct notice period required to terminate, then moved out. Since then we are still waiting for our undisputed rental deposit, despite their promises.
