Bureaucratic, petty and irresponsible
Spaces is a bureaucratic machine that will use every legal loophole to squeeze more money out of its customers. They have nice offices and staff on the ground, but the staff is clearly underpaid and has no autonomy at all to solve even the simplest problems. After two years I wanted to switch to another (more expensive) desk because of troublesome neighbours and Spaces would have me pay two monthly rates as a deposit, plus a €50 cleaning fee, for a desk that is already being cleaned once a day. Yes, just to switch to another desk. And I couldn't move to the desk, although it was vacant, until my current contract had lapsed. The deposit I had paid for the old desk was not paid back for over 5 months, despite multiple reminders, which is literally illegal. All I eventually got was a dry apology for the delay, bundled with the expectation of me paying another deposit for switching desks. I decided to switch co-working space.

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have received great feedback about the quality of our service, and I apologise if you’ve experienced any inconvenience.
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors, such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer, and this service is part of your agreement.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for customers. After requesting your retainer refund through your online account (myregus.com), we expect such refund to be processed 30 days after the end of your agreement or 30 days after the request (whichever is later). It’s an automated process. However, we ask you to go through some security steps as part of our fraud-prevention policy. We apologise if this took longer than that as we may have received incorrect data.

Beautiful space!
I visited the Spaces in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. The space is newly renovated in an old building with high sealings and interesting architectural details resulting in a modern and creative atmosphere. It has lots of seating, helpful and friendly staff, and is centrally located. I would highly recommend a visit!

I’m very sorry to hear of your disappointment.
This centre is a beautiful historic building with 11 metre high ceilings. Due to the size of the building and restrictions in installing sound proofing due to its cultural significance, it makes it a challenge to keep very quiet when there are a significant number of people using the premises. We would encourage you to speak to the local team as there is an alternative lounge area on a separate floor which is much quieter. Individual booths have been requested and will be installed as occupancy increases.
