Hey spacevapours I'm still waiting for my order I've been using your site for a while now and have always got my orders but for some reason I've been waiting over a week now and am starting to worry.I will have to spend the £200 per week elsewhere please don't let me down your loyal customer casey!!

Been using these since summer and since December the service has bin shocking.. Ordered on the 3rd of December and never received it and then thought I would give them one more chance and after a couple of weeks and email saying all problems were sorted I received my second order so made a 3rd and nothing which is a shame because it’s a great product and feel really let down

Paid for order never received the product. Do not use company don’t reply to any messages either. Joke

I ordered my item on the 10th of January and sent my order number via WhatsApp but it still hasn’t been opened at the other end my order number is 13909 hopefully this will be seen and maybe i will be contacted it’s been such a good experience dealing with them in the past

Item hasn't been received, no communication received from phone number provided, is this a legitimate store or scam?

Used these guys for years but nothing arrived. Seems to be a scam operation now. Ordered in November and nothing.

UPDATE!!!!
Order received in April, very pleased and very surprised. Have ordered twice in small quantities and they've been prompt and added a couple of extras which was nice.
Ordered 6th December 2024, order #13692 still not received despite 2 blanket emails sent out in the last 2 weeks saying provide blah, blah and you will receive your order next day😂😂. Really disappointing given I've been a customer for over a year purchasing regularly. Be wary spending your hard earned with these guys.

Still waiting since Oct get emails saying Royal Mail is sorted now so where’s my stuff stay away from them scammers

I got the wrong order was told they would make up the difference but still nothing and no one answers .. iv been ordering for over a year with them big orders too but now it's like someone else has taken over and there no good ... in need over an other big order but will need to find someone else

Hey all, communicated with Spacey and was told to switch to another a/c so made payment there and so far, no order, no info and no communication. I think it is a scam too, wouldn't recommend anyone, shame, it was good stuff!

Quick update, Spacevapourz is legit, doesn't answer email, however, items purchased were delivered albeit two months late! Guess they must be going through internal issue. Good Luck Boys!

I have had no response from them they send emails saying my order has been sent and they still haven’t arrived 2 wks later.
They do not respond and won’t give a refund .

Never had a problem receiving my orders , good price and very nice.
This past holiday period there was a fairly long delay but it was promptly addressed and i received it the following day.
Very happy.

I've put in two orders now and have heard absolutely nothing from them, pretty gutted 😕 😞 September and 1st January 🤔🤔🤔

Have been shopping with this company for over a year. And everything has been great.
But I placed a big order on 4th Dec 25 and have heard nothing nearly a month on.
They do not communicate and have had no responses from email or WhatsApp

Same as above reviews…got the first couple of small orders then made a larger order and that got lost in the post. I’ve received emails saying Royal Mail lost lots of parcels, I resent all information as requested and it’s been a month and still nothing. Very disappointed as I too was enjoying the product and would have been a regular customer. My advice would be to avoid.

Got a few orders and all seemed well until I ordered £205.00 ..I never got order and was told that some parcels were lost by royal mail..ha ha ..and nothing since but they are still trading and taking people's money

Just like all the other negative genuine comments this is a scam. They answer messages when you take interest in purchase and as soon as money is sent nothing!
All the positive reviews are space vapours themselves trying to bump the score up

Ordered 6th December 2024, no order received yet, several emails sent, no response. I appreciate they have had issues but no response to emails is poor.

Toke my money but still haven’t gotten my order it’s been over a week
