Spaclear supplied filters from respected genuine labels at the right price which were speedily delivered. We have ordered in the past and will
definately use this company in the future.
Easy enough process. Order. Paid. And delivered. Although they delivered to billing address and not the delivery address. No big deal really tho.
I will definitely be using Spaclear again the service was impeccable and the goods were received promptly.

Good Morning Allan,
I am sorry to hear you are disappointed. I have checked and I can confirm that the order I believe to be for yourself (going off your name) was despatched the day after the order was placed. Our standard deliveries are made via Royal Mail and we have to allow between 2-5 working days for delivery to take place. The other thing to check is sometimes, calling cards are not always left so it may be worth making sure your parcel is not sat in the the sorting office, awaiting collection.

Good Morning,
I have been looking at the original order and our website. The order was despatched with the address as we received it. I have tried to see if I can replicate the change of postcode without success. Our website doesn't have a post code checking facility, so I can only assume you may have more than one address saved in your autofill (?). The only thing I can suggest is that next time you place an order online, to double check the postcode as I am not sure how this could have happened, other than an input error.

Staff so helpful, I was having trouble locating filters for my hot tub so I call the customer service team, and they managed to find exactly what I needed. Iv ordered on a few occasions now and still amazed how quick I receive my items highly recommended, thankyou spa clear!!!!
