> Hostelworld is a complete scam! I booked a stay at a hostel through this service, and less than 24 hours before my arrival, they canceled my booking without any valid reason. They claimed there was an issue with the payment card, but the card was perfectly valid, and I was the guest.

Under Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Spanish Consumer Law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), consumers are entitled to a full refund if the service is not provided. Excellent location, definitely this hostel makes forget the cold of the city. They have a very good heating system so your evenings are good at the hostel. Has a kitchen and a common area, where you can meet other travelers.. Thank you Hernan the kayak tour was very interesting. Highly recommended Fair prices for good service

I always use hostelsworld (and its spanish version) to compare and book hostels. Its very handy, quick, easy and it gives you a great overview of the available accomodation. So far it has always worked for me.

great, good and cheap

We thought we were far away (by metro it's only 5min away from alexanderplatz) but the area was great. Always people on the street, lots of terraces and cool stores. The hostal itself was okay, clearly it's a school that became a hostal. Every door opens with a card, and ours stopped working several times, Plus we couldnt go into the kitchen.

It is easy, fast and reliable.

Clean, quiet, centric, and a great treatment from the hosts.
The room was super nice with balcony and views to the mirador.
Totally reccomend it to anyone

Basically all the hostels are the same, but I think that what makes the difference is the activity offer you can have. In my case for example, I had a paella class. This kind of workshop brings you into the local culture and also reinforce the hostel culture of meeting other travellers. I must say that beyond the great cooking experience, the paella tasted delicious!

I arrived at Ekeko where there was no sign in front except for a small plaque, 15 feet from the gate. A neighbor, seeing that I passed it, had to catch me and guide me to the hostel. Finally there, they said they had no reservation for me even when I showed them the email confirming the dates. They did put me in a private room, though. And I love the warmth, helpful knowledge and kindness of the ever-hardworking David. Por favor, he needs a vacation and deserves the attention and service he is so talented in giving. I would love agua pura++

I´ve used Hostelworld to search for and book hostels for every place I´ve visited, and I would definitely recommend the site. It gives you all of the information about the hostel, let´s you read reviews from other travelers, and makes booking easy.

Super comfy place in the centre. Very clean, well equiped with a nice rest room and spacious rooms with great view, huge kitchen open all day, many things included such as cofee, tea, linnen, bicycles, lockers, food, towels....for sure the place to be in Valencia
