Fortunately I didn’t get to work with these people. I felt they completely misunderstood what I needed and was more interested in talking about their fee (which appeared quite high).
They continually refused to answer my main question and finally ended by offering to provide what they knew I already had.
Complete waste of time.
Our family used this firm of Spainish Lawyers, a lady working for Mr Enrique Sanchez called Ana Escauriaza was extremely incompetent and found the whole experience very frustrating, although the case was complex we found her to be not reliable in the correspondence and exchanges, she cherry picked her response when it suited her. Mr Enrique Sánchez did not return calls, but this really wasn't the issue, a very pleasant man indeed, the issue was Ana Escauriaza, this lady seemed to be new to working as a Lawyer and being a property developers we've dealt with Lawyers/Solicitors for over 30 years. The service provided has left a bitter taste in our mouths and we felt Ana Escauriaza has not acted wholly professional. We would urge anyone to think twice about using this company. Although the fees were reasonable the entire service from her was shoddy.
Ana Escauriaza must take a different approach with clients and should fully understand that alienating fee paying clients isn't a way to conduct bussiness.
