Very friendly and super efficient staff. Whole process from date of offer to completion took 3 weeks and was informed and updated on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend them in future.

Do not use any other selling agents bar Spanish property choice.

These are the best agents in Andalusia by a country mile. Right from the start of the selling process Stephen and Sharon were very professional but yet so down to earth to deal with. The information from them about the selling process was first class.

Then onto Val, Matt and Rob who were also involved with selling our villa. These staff members were very professional in their approach but for me the difference was they acted like normal people and did not pretend to be anything else. I don’t think I have felt so at ease during selling a property like I did with SPC. It was close to perfection as you could get.

There are some many agents out there who are basically crooks and wing the job of being an estate agent who are only interested in your money but not once did SPC make me feel or act this way.

Absolute amazing.

We purchased and sold our property through SPC. Val was instrumental in both of the transactions, their team work well and have good communication with you. We have purchased another home through another agent and it has not been the same process at all so there is a difference with SPC and service is always a valuable asset for any company.
