I have rented long-term apartments in Palomares, Almeria through Spanish Property Choice for the past two years. We met Robert from SPC and he could not have been more helpful. He showed us seven properties over two days and was very patient and professional, has a great sense of humour which made the whole experiene very enjoyable. We recently started our search for a home in Spain and after being unsuccessful in the Alicante region moved down to Albox to continue our search. We contacted Spanish Property Choice and arranged a day of viewing in the Albox area. As we were in our motorhome Rob came and picked us up and we started our day of viewing. Right from the start Rob was friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a really enjoyable day and could not have asked for more from Rob. We went on to do a second viewing on one of the properties and then was dropped back at our motorhome by Rob. We viewed further properties the following day with another estate agent and at the end of the day knew we were going to put on offer in for the SPC property we saw with Rob.
Over the couple of weeks we viewed throughout Spain there was not one estate agents that came near to the professionalisms we experienced from the SPC team. We also met Steve and Emma, and liased with Kim, who were all extremely helpful and informative,

We called in to see Steve to get some general advice on purchasing a property in Almeria. We were really impressed with how approachable Steve was, he really listened to and understood our concerns and aspirations for our move. His advice was spot on and we will definitely be heading his way once we are ready to make the move.

SPC were to me the clear first choice of estate agencies to engage when I decided to put my Turre apartment on to the market for sale. The t.v. show has clearly helped put the Costa Almeria area on the map particularly where prospective purchasers from the United Kingdom are concerned. I dealt mainly with Emma and Kim at the Mojacar Playa office. From the start I was given help with obtaining necessary documentation and throughout the process they have been attentive and quick to respond to any questions or communications I have raised. They arranged a colleague to come and take photographs of the property for the website. They made sure the apartment was professionally presented and kept me updated with viewings and observations made by prospective purchasers. The Garner family are fortunate to have both Emma Fowler and Kim Robinson on their team and it has come as no surprise to me that the company has flourished to the extent that it has. I would highly recommend Spanish Property Choice, they looked after me throughout purchasing my Spanish home and have overseen the rental of it since!

At the beginning of 2018 we decided we wanted to buy a 2nd home in Spain. Having watched sun sea and selling houses we decided that we would approach Spanish Property Choice as one of our agents. Best decision we made. Even before we arrived in Spain for our first house hunt they were amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t praise their professionalism enough, even when we turned up on the wrong day for our viewings they were unfazed and rearranged things to fit us in. Unfortunately we did not find our dream home on this occasion. However, on our second visit in the summer we were more successful. Once Shaun had helped us find the property that we wanted to buy, Emma secured us the perfect deal. They made the whole buying process uncomplicated and put us in touch with all the right people. We have been so happy with SPC that we are using them to manage our winter rental, which again has been handled fabulously. Their service goes way beyond just selling property and I would definitely use them again.

Tried to book a long term winter rental with these people.
They had to check with owners if property was still available although their website stated it was. Turns out it was booked even though it was showing available and is still showing available?? Ok fair enough but no updates, no apology, had to chase them all the time. Lackadaisical attitude, right arm doesn't know what the left is doing, one week wasted. Told to choose another........what to go through the same process again??
They are not alone though seems to be the way of doing business in Spain, maybe too much sun? Hopefully will find someone genuine soon if they exist.
