SpareFoot recommending scammy storage.
I used SpareFoot to find storage. I checked out using SpareFoot website. The Public Storage location SpareFoot recommended was terrible. I was not able to move-in, and instead had to rent another storage for double the money. I tried calling Public Storage to cancel the reservation the same day, they transfer calls directly to the location, which in my case no one was there for hours. Now, Public Storage will not refund me, and SpareFoot says they have nothing to do with payments when they took the payment. The entire thing is setup like a scam to take your money whether you are able to use the storage or not.

Could not access facility; Lack of Customer Support
The customer service was nonexistent.
I reserved and paid for a unit online; received my unit number and access code via text and email.
Upon arriving I could not enter the facility with the provided info. I called the property manager, tried the app, as well as online chat. No one was avaliable through any of those channels.
States avaliable 24/7 online, so why at 6:30 pm can I not reach anyone?
I had a whole truck full of items to unload at a paid unit. Had to leave and figure out what to do with said truck.
My time and money were wasted here.
I got a phone call the next morning at 9:30 am. The office is open at 6 am. My urgent matter was clearly not urgent to them.
The vm left stated here's a temp code. No acknowledgement of the problem or definitive resolution.
I call back. It's the same vm, I leave another message stating my dissatisfaction and refund request.
No call back but they refunded my money. So that's a win I suppose.

This website as well as the prices of facilities should be updated daily. This site gives false information. The design of it is nice and easy to use. However the information in which most people seek from this website is false, and needs to be fact checked daily.

I believe the lady I talked to and set up a reservation with was Great! Just can't get a hold of anyone else to move forward now. Going on 24 hrs with no further movement towards occupying a unit.
