Having ordered a part from Sparespro, I had confirmation within 24 hrs that it had been dispatched.
Unfortunately they had used Royal Mail, and after week still no sign and unable to track on their system
When it finally arrived, it was damaged
Luckily, Melody at Sparepro came to the rescue, organised a replacement, and changed courier
It arrived the next day!!

Poor customer service, I couldn't order a small part for a cistern on line so I rang the company. The girl had to ask someone else why I couldn't order on line. Her answer to me was , " We don't sell to Ireland" I told her that I'm in N. Ireland which is part of the UK. I asked her for what reason. Again she had to ask someone. the answer was, since we left the E.U. Again this is a poor service and thankfully Mr Amazon has got my order and it will be delivered soon. I thought I was doing good keeping my orders to local UK companies but just shows you.
I've ordered catering hose first time but received in more than 1 week. Bad experience
Have bought many things from sparespro over the last 18 months and have never had an issue, spoke to ty twice in the last fortnight and is always very helpful. He said he was having trouble with people leaving reviews based upon very old transactions from a previous owner and so I thought I would leave a one here.
No integrity at all. I have ordered parts in October 2015 and have since never of anyone neither been given a resolution to my problem.
I have once spoken to a guy by name o Damian who said the business had changed hands and the previous owner had not done a good job of keep a good record of who was meant to be shipped what... regardless, Damian himself, who seemed a good guy, did not or could not look after my case.
These were spark plugs for my little daughter's motorcycle.

hell of lot cheaper than my supercheap auto and I didn't even have to leave the house! WINNING!!
Order has been over 2 months now, no answer to emails or phone calls, doesn't answer phone, promises to follow up but no reply, extremely poor customer service, site looks great but its just a front as they don't care about the customer they just want your money, don't trust them.
Just thought I would put this up to warn others, DO NOT use SparesPro.com.au, very poor customer service, cannot supply items. They issued store credit for my first order they did not supply in full and the second order, to use up the credit, has not been sent. 6 weeks now. Amounts to a scam as I cannot get my money back now since I accepted the store credit and too much time has passed. They do not answer the phone, ignored the 10 messages left over 3 weeks in their own resolution center. BEWARE!!!
