Worst customer service with the worst products ever and they wouldn’t accept returns or offer refunds. For hygiene reasons, they claim they cannot refund a heated hair brush which doesn’t work.
It’s a scam, plain and simple. Do not fall for it like we all did.

Deceptive company, named Sparkstyle Australia - yet NOT AUSTRALIAN. Ships from somewhere in China.
I purchased the 2 in 1 Hair Straightener, used it only ONCE - to realise it was nothing at all like what they advertised.
I emailed them to say it was not fit for
purpose, not at all as advertised & faulty.
They replied "sorry, you've used it, so no
refund". I mean, you have try it out to find it's poor quality/faulty, right?
I raised a dispute with PayPal, their initial response was "please email our customer support" to obviously try and steer me away from a Paypal dispute. I escalated to a claim, they then agreed to refund, but I had to post it to an address in the UK (no business name provided), and at my cost .. which would have been over $30!
Absolutely appalling, very poor and unprofessional customer service.
Deceptive, fraudulent company only interested in $$

Package was slightly damaged. Plugged it in and it popped in other words it blew inside. Faulty crap being sent out.

Product does not warm up to a heat that will actually do what it says it will do. They say "Satisfaction Guaranteed" but they will not refund, even with their 30-day guarantee. Do not buy from them - garbage cheap product, scum company.
I would give a no star if I could! The communication is awful. You have no hope of getting a refund if the product is faulty. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE
My styler arrived in a squashed box and doesn’t work properly- it is not heating up sufficiently. The website says satisfaction guaranteed! However, after a number of emails they are saying item cannot be returned as it has been used. It hasn’t been used - it doesn’t work properly. I just want to return to get my money back!!!
