Good communication was nice doing business with you

I have no problem in recommending Sparkling English Wine to friends, family and colleagues and have already done so. The service has always been excellent and the wine is fantastic. Can't wait to sample some more!

Seeing how British Wines are getting better and better, but our weather is getting worse and worse . What can we do next year , if the weather fails? I support the promotion of British wines.

I emailed the company asking about their returns policy as I wanted to return a bottle and received no reply. Although I sent it before the bottle had even arrived, I had no communication and was left with a £45 bottle of wine that I didn't want. Dispatch and packaging were both sterling but in the absence of any communication I cannot give this a good review.

Have not ordered from this company before. I needed the wine for a celebration in December. As I'm a bit last minute I was panicing about my order but true to their word it arrived securely packaged in time of us to enjoy. I would definitely recommend.

I have purchased twice now from Sparkling English Wine. The first time was for an 'English Charity Ball'. So everything had to to be English in origin.
I talked with Tom about my dislikes and likes and he made three recommendations with careful consideration. We received the box three days later.
The red, white and sparking wine were extremely well received so much so that we ordered the sparkling wine again for Christmas.
Why do we import?

So nice to such a wide selection of English wines!

After placing the order on-line I received a call to ask whether I would like an alternative highly rated earlier vintage at the same price - yes! And about £3 cheaper than direct from the vineyard.
The crate arrived on time the next day, and each bottle was very well padded.

Excellent fast efficient service. The order was placed yesterday afternoon and has arrived to day well packaged. I had an issue with the delivery address and contacted the Company and got an almost immediate response therefore the customer service is second to none - I will definately use Sparkling English Wines again. The Nytimber sparkling wines are a particular favourite. Thank you
