Received a quick e-mail response to a pre-order query. Easy website to use. Prices reasonable. A possible error in my order resulted in a phone call to check before despatching - was actually okay but I appreciated the attention to the order. Goods received in good time. Only slight reservation was that the packaging could have been a bit more robust but none of the contents had been damaged so not a big issue.

I was impressed by the way I was contacted to check that there wasn't an error in my order - also email updates to let me know the progress of my order. I would use this company again if needed.

I use Sparks a lot - always good service. I ordered a socket which had the wrong faceplate included (manufacturers problem); I e-mailed them and they sorted it by return post.

Fittings great, service great.
Used twice.
Would like to see free postage and packaging.
Would also be helpful if what you put in your basket stayed in there for more than 10 mins, as I keot forgetting the serial numbers etc!
Pictures for all fittings would be better than diagrams.

I ordered a paintable switch socket as a sample for a client. It arrived when suggested, and was of much better quality than I had hoped for from the illustrations on the website. Very pleased.

First class service from start to finish

I found the price good and especialy pleased you supply good quality products. Not so sure about the ease of useing the web site. I made mitakes on by first order and this was my fault but also it was easy to miss the mistake and the site could be made better for review and alteration of purchases.

Overall though very pleased and will use again.

Communication is first class. You are kept fully informed of what is happening with your order. If it is out of stock, they not only let you know, but also tell you when it will be available. The whole operation is very efficiently run. As for the products themselves, they are superb.

Seller was happy to refund me, but it was a waste of my time from the get go. Just tell me it's out of stock and refund me instead of sending something completely useless and have me need to return it for a refund.
