First time I have used this company. They have a good online range to choose from with prices that are about right I'd say. Had a few problems with their website, it was unresponsive and down a few times during our ordering but we persisted with it until placed. Received an email the next day saying the goods had been dispatched and the following day we received them in good order and well packaged. Yes I would rate them and use again but hope they look at their website. Thanks.

Goods arrived next day. Product is slightly more flimsy than expected and there is no where for the wire to sit if you have the intercoms on the desk so it rocks on it's base. Having said that, for the price, the system works and is worth the money

Exactly what I ordered at a very fair price and delivered the next day - really cannot ask for more. The carrier gave ample notice of a one hour delivery"slot" and arrived within a minute of the beginning of the hour - considering that I live in the middle of nowhere in Devon that was really something of a first for any delivery. I shall certainly use this firm again if the need arises.

Placed an order, some aluminium profiles for LED strips.
At the time, in the description box was mentioned that this type of profile, comes with a clear cover. Received the order and surprise the profiles without covers. Called straight away and have been told that for these type of profiles, the cover needs to be ordered separately. Meanwhile checked the web-site and the description has changed over-night.

It's disappointing, bad experience, to pay for something and receive the incomplete order, based on misleading description on website

If you choose to buy from this company be very sure of the item you are purchasing - do not assume the picture is correct. I bought what I thought was a brass switch with a white button per the picture, what arrived was all brass. Several emails later, one acknowledging photo error they had still not agreed to accept return as wrong item. After more arguing they finally said they would accept. Poor service poor attitude in the end didn't trust them to refund postage. £23 down the drain.
